DISSOLVING OF PRODIGY was a Czech doom metal band that existed between 1993 and 2013. In January 2013 they played last concert and unfortunately in September 2013 the founder and only original member of the band René Krystyn aka Fusaty died. At only 39 years old from a cardiac arrest. Fusaty was one of my closest friends, so after his death I decided to spread the legacy of DISSOLVING OF PRODIGY and reissue it on CD, LP and MC. The digipak and audio cassette re-editions of “Loučení se světem pozemským” (album from 2002) were released on 23rd September 2023 – symbolically, on the day of the 10th anniversary of Fusaty’s involuntary departure from our earthly world. The LP version of this album will be released in July 2024, when Fusaty would have celebrated his 50th birthday.
